Blush App Design

Blush is a beauty focused app for users of all ages and

experience levels. The three main functions are to shop for

products, watch and learn from informative videos, and

discuss topics in the forums. Blush puts an emphasis on

helping beginners find and understand the uses of

beginner products that are recommended.

Logo

The Blush logo uses a bubbly sans serif with tight

letter spacing to create a hugging effect. This ties into

the look, tone and feel of the Blush brand, which is to

be a bright and fun place to fuel your passion in beauty.

User Personas and Task Flows

Emilee: 14 years old, 8th Grader


She is looking to learn more about makeup

and grow her skills. Emilee would like to find

new products to buy with her allowance.


She would be using the app to shop and

learn about products, so the app would need

to be simple and straightforward.

Gianna: 26 years old, Beauty Influencer


Gianna is hoping to find a new platform to

share and find ideas. She is looking to help

beginners learn more about makeup.


She would be an informative

person that would use Blush to share and

support others in the beauty community.

The combination of a user-first shopping experience, community

settings enhance the experience to be more than just finding beauty products.

The Blush app is dedicated to supporting beginners interested in the world of

beauty and cosmetics.
